農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部近日印發(fā)的《推進(jìn)生態(tài)農(nóng)場(chǎng)建設(shè)的指導(dǎo)意見(jiàn)》（以下簡(jiǎn)稱《意見(jiàn)》）提出，到2025年，在全國(guó)建設(shè)1000家國(guó)家級(jí)生態(tài)農(nóng)場(chǎng)，帶動(dòng)各省建設(shè)10000家地方生態(tài)農(nóng)場(chǎng)。

China aims to build 1,000 national ecological farms and 10,000 local ones nationwide by 2025, said a guideline published Wednesday by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.

生態(tài)農(nóng)場(chǎng)是依據(jù)生態(tài)學(xué)原理，遵循整體、協(xié)調(diào)、循環(huán)、再生、多樣原則，通過(guò)整體設(shè)計(jì)和合理建設(shè)，獲得最大可持續(xù)產(chǎn)量，同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)資源匹配、環(huán)境友好、食品安全的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)主體。當(dāng)前，“三農(nóng)”工作重心已歷史性轉(zhuǎn)向全面推進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)村振興，推進(jìn)生態(tài)農(nóng)場(chǎng)建設(shè)意義重大。

《意見(jiàn)》提出，到2025年，通過(guò)科學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)、跟蹤監(jiān)測(cè)和指導(dǎo)服務(wù)，遴選培育一批現(xiàn)代高效生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)市場(chǎng)主體，持續(xù)增加綠色優(yōu)質(zhì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供給，不斷提高農(nóng)業(yè)質(zhì)量效益和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，讓生態(tài)農(nóng)場(chǎng)建設(shè)成為推動(dòng)農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)“三品一標(biāo)”（品種培優(yōu)、品質(zhì)提升、品牌打造和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)）的重要平臺(tái)和有力抓手?！兑庖?jiàn)》還對(duì)建設(shè)生態(tài)農(nóng)場(chǎng)提出了四項(xiàng)重點(diǎn)任務(wù)：一是培育一批生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)市場(chǎng)主體；二是推廣一批生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)模式；三是探索一套生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)扶持政策；四是構(gòu)建一套生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)監(jiān)測(cè)體系。

要把生態(tài)治理和發(fā)展特色產(chǎn)業(yè)有機(jī)結(jié)合起來(lái)，走出一條生態(tài)和經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展、人與自然和諧共生之路。

The province should promote rural vitalization by fostering unique industries through its agricultural resources and climatic advantages, and work out its timeline and roadmap in a scientific manner to contribute to realizing the goal for reducing carbon emissions.
